On Retreat

Retreat:

the act of withdrawing, as into safety or privacy; retirement; seclusion.

place of refuge, seclusion, or privacy:

I am On Retreat south of Brisbane.

The next step will occur when I am well.

I will post when I know what that is...and when.

Walkabout Begins

I have taken the first step in this process.
Hmm 'process' that's a much more structured word then
I was looking for. Does not the word process imply a series of sequential prearranged steps?
That does not describe this.
I am to tired to find the word I mean - but I will.

Walkabout Explanation

With all due respect to the original walkabouters and their descendants, this is what I mean by 'Walkabout'.

When Aboriginal Australians Go on Walkabout, they undertake a spiritual journey to a Belonging Place to renew their relationship with their Dreaming and the Landscape.

For me, Dreaming and Landscape are very symbolic, of that which I value & believe in.
